Alberta Business Immigration

AAIP Entrepreneur Streams Explained

The Alberta Advantage Immigration Program (AAIP) provides multiple pathways for entrepreneurs and business founders to obtain Canadian permanent residency by planning, establishing, or buying a business in the province of Alberta.

AAIP offers 4 main entrepreneur streams tailored to different types of business-oriented applicants:

These streams are part of Alberta’s economic immigration strategy to attract experienced business owners, innovative entrepreneurs, graduates with business ideas, and skilled farmers who can contribute to Alberta’s economy.

1. AAIP Rural Entrepreneur Stream
